Short-term Stays are the ideal option for guests who want to experience life at Parkland. Parkland offers a variety of stay options, including winter stays, trial stays, guest stays, rehabilitation stays, and respite stays. Guests will be provided furnished or unfurnished suites (based on availability). Guests who come for a short-term have access to all unparalleled amenities, exceptional dining, beautifully designed spaces, daily wellness programming and more.

Winter, Trial and Guest Stays

Short-term stays offers an opportunity for guests who want to experience all that Parkland has to offer, for a short period of time. Guests will be introduced to the team members and can participate in the Harmony Wellness Program where they can meet other residents.

With amenities at your doorstep, residents have access to the dining room, salon, a fitness centre, and more. Whether you’re renovating your home, or want to get away from home maintenance for a little while, you can book a suite at Parkland. With amenities at your doorstep, you will receive an all-inclusive experience.

Parkland knows community plays a vital role when it comes to healthy living in your senior years and have created numerous areas to socialize, for both residents and visiting family and friends. If residents have loved ones visiting from out of town, Parkland offers a beautifully designed suite for them to stay at a cost. Guests are welcome to rent out a suite if available and join residents to use all the amenities at their community.

Respite Care

Respite Care is offered for seniors who need temporary care. Seniors will receive a private suite for as long as they need, where they can get care and support from Registered and Licensed Nurses as well as Personal Support Workers and other qualified care professionals. In every Parkland community, residents are welcomed and cared for by a team of compassionate professionals who value safety, independence, and peace of mind. Our dedicated team members will work to understand the unique personality of each resident, including their mental and physical health history, where they are in the moment, and how we can support their goals moving forward.
