Events and Activities
People who live, work, and visit Parkland in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Ontario know the impact and value of art, creative expression, and storytelling. Inspired by our vibrant communities and great people like Bob and Daphne who share a love of art, Parkland is proud to bring a living canvas to Halifax as the 2021-2022 Emerging Artist Partner with Nocturne.
During the festival, four art installations led by Trackside Studios artists will bring to life the theme of “Building Community” on the corner of Quinpool Road and Robie Street, the future home of Parkland at the Common. We are delighted to work with the local art community on a project that will bring joy and meaningful conversation to a city and location future residents will be proud to call home.
