Wellness Program Activities and Benefits:

  • Regularly scheduled onsite social activities and organized events catered to interests among the residents
  • Our professional wellness coaches work with each resident one-on-one to understand resident interests, goals and preferences for wellness and social activities
  • Residents have the opportunity to add their own wellness activities such as reading groups, external group meetings or seminars to the events calendar
  • Residents are welcome to use the fitness centre at their leisure, or can participate in one of the many scheduled fitness classes
  • Reserve one of our many amenity spaces to hold private events with family and friends
