This document outlines key information related to Shannex’s social media accounts. We appreciate your interest in following our pages as we strive to share content that appeals to our growing audiences and team of Great People. In addition to sharing helpful information and updates, social media enables us to hear from you—receiving and responding to your questions. The type of content shared includes:

Monitoring
Our social media accounts are typically active Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. AST and are managed by the Brand Team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Posts and responses are generally made during these hours. For enquiries received in the evening or on weekends, we will respond during regular business hours.
