Parkland at Home is dedicated to supporting individuals and groups to live healthier lives in our communities. Our team members are trained in a number of service areas to ensure residents and members of our community receive services and supports to make daily life easier, safer, and more connected for people of all ages and abilities.

Parkland at Home is rooted in community and driven by service. We partner with individuals, families, and local organizations to ensure that everyone can access the services they need to thrive—at home and in their community. Services include:
Home Care
Compassionate, in-home support for personal, household and companion care. This includes support for activities of daily living such as bathing, assistance with dressing, post-hospital care, incontinence care, and household duties such as meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry and medication. Our teams also support companionship and help with appointments, errands, personal shopping, socializing, and 24-hour support and mobility assistance.

Community Food Delivery
In 2025, nutritious, affordable meals will be delivered directly to homes or organizations, ensuring access to healthy food for older adults, people with disabilities, and others facing barriers to meal preparation.
Community Supports
In 2025, Parkland at Home will begin offering specialized programs designed to enhance wellbeing, reduce isolation, and build resilience—from transportation and wellness checks to social programs and resource navigation.
