Originally from Dieppe, Darren Pellerin moved to Calgary to attend university with plans to return home after graduation. Instead, he spent more than two decades building his career and gaining leadership experience before ultimately returning to New Brunswick.
 
After exploring opportunities in several industries, Darren discovered a passion for retirement living and the meaningful impact it can have on the lives of residents. Four years ago, he joined Shannex as General Manager of Parkland Saint John.

Today, Darren serves as Interim General Manager at Faubourg du Mascaret and is preparing to step into the full-time General Manager role in November. He takes pride in supporting residents, working alongside dedicated teams and helping create communities where people can thrive. 

Darren believes leadership is about continuous learning and growth, and that the challenges that come with new opportunities help shape stronger leaders. When he’s not at work, he enjoys hiking, golfing, kayaking and mountain biking with his wife, Michelle.
