Since joining Parkland on the Glen as a Sous Chef in 2022, Bryan has continued to develop his skills, broaden his experience, and grow as a leader. After spending time at both Parkland on the Glen and Parkland Ancaster, he returned to Parkland on the Glen earlier this year as Executive Chef.
 
Today, Bryan oversees the culinary department, including menu planning, food quality, staffing, and team development, while helping create exceptional dining experiences for residents every day. 

“Cooking for seniors is about much more than preparing meals it’s about creating comfort, bringing people together, and helping make each day a little brighter.” 
 
For Bryan, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing his team grow and knowing the meals they prepare make a positive impact on residents’ daily lives.
