Parkland Truro is a Retirement Living Community in the heart of Truro, Nova Scotia and has been providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents for 20 years. We are happy to announce that we are now offering that same dining experience to the rest of our community through our Easy Eats Meal Service program.
The meal program is designed to provide home cooked healthy meals delivered in sustainable, biodegradable packaging for those who may not be able to cook for themselves or just do not have the time. Meals can also be frozen and reheated!

About The Chef
James Betts has been with Parkland Truro since he moved to Nova Scotia from Ontario in 2019. Taking pride in his work, James creates all menu items from scratch and works with line cooks to develop a collaborative menu with our residents wants and needs in-mind.
James has been working in the restaurant industry since he was 17 and discovered his love for baking while working at a two Michelin Star restaurant the following year. With 28 years of experience, James is a valued part of the Parkland Truro team.
