Did you know that many of our Parkland locations are pet friendly? Your pet is a member of the family and when we can, we are happy to welcome cats and small dogs.

One of the many Parkland pets is Midnight, a cuddly black cat whose human companion is Phyllis Artiss from Parkland Truro. Artiss and Midnight moved to the community in November.

Before reaching out to a Lifestyle Consultant, Artiss didn’t know whether pets were allowed before moving in and says she asked whether Midnight could accompany her in this new adventure. She was happy to be told ‘yes’ and says she and Midnight have both settled in nicely.

Each Parkland community is located in vibrant, scenic neighborhood nearby well-maintained trails, walkways and greenspaces that both you and your furry friend can enjoy.

“I love it,” Artiss says of the pet policy. “I think it’s very great and typical of Parkland to try to accommodate in any way they can.”
