One Monthly Bill
All utilities including heat, hot water, hydro, high-speed internet, local phone and cable are on one bill*, as are campus amenities, activities and other services included in your chosen lifestyle option. One easy bill streamlines monthly billing, saving you from dealing with multiple utility providers and fluctuating monthly costs.
No Long-Term Contracts
At Parkland, there are no long-term contracts. At any time, 30 days’ notice is all that is required if you wish to move from our community.
From independent lifestyle suites to additional supportive care options, Parkland is designed to ensure that as your needs change, your style of living doesn’t have to. As a Parkland resident, you will receive priority access to Supportive Lifestyle suites in our Continuum of Service, regardless of the size of the wait list from the external community.
*Money-Back Guarantee: Resident must stay at Parkland for at least 90 days in order to qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee. Parkland will refund the Resident one month’s suite rental in full, and there will be no exit fee. The Resident will only be responsible for paying for service fees not included in their selected Lifestyle option, including any applicable taxes. In order to receive the Money-Back Guarantee, the Resident must submit notice in writing to Parkland to terminate their rental agreement within the first 90 days of occupancy. If the Resident vacates suite before the 90-day period there will be no refund. The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to short-term stays, respite stays, winter stays, Memory Care and Enriched Care service lines. Parkland reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend or terminate this offer at any time, or to deny eligibility for any abuse of the offer.
