For Jeanette Belanger, after being hospitalized with COVID-19 for over three months, that peace of mind and support was a top priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter I was sent home from the hospital, I realized I needed some support,\u201d says Jeanette. It was at that time she started looking for a short term housing option that provided respite care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parkland on the Glen<\/a> was top of mind for Jeanette because her sister-in-law has happily lived in the community for over six years. Jeanette says she admired the beautiful building, delicious meals<\/a>, relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the care they provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI like having safety features here and transportation to doctors and hospitals and all of the social events,\u201d says Jeanette. She moved in June and within a few weeks she made the decision to make Parkland on the Glen her permanent home and encourages anyone thinking about senior living to try it out with a short term stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
