This tradition is a large part of many of our fondest memories and Parkland at the Lakes wanted to make sure visitor restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic didn\u2019t get in the way. PAL residents and staff teamed up to create a virtual library of their favourite children\u2019s books for residents to read to their grandchildren. PAL team members capture these stories ensuring that no one goes to bed without a favourite tale read by one of our residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our digital story library currently includes&nbsp;<em>The Gruffalo<\/em>&nbsp;read by resident Wilma Stewart White,&nbsp;<em>Sleeping Dragons All Around<\/em>&nbsp;read by Jill McKee and&nbsp;<em>I Went To The Zoo<\/em>&nbsp;read by Art White. You can find these stories on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLe1C0dapX9OmBO0wjGEck3kVjZ67ly1gQ\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">YouTube playlist<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Help us grow our Library!
