The secret is out<\/em>. Our famous seafood chowder recipe, a daily staple on the menus of every Parkland property, prepared fresh daily with high quality Maritime seafood. Enjoy this recipe all year long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serves 10 (We promise you’ll want leftovers!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 oz. Baby shrimp<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
6 oz. Scallop pieces<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
12 oz. Haddock pieces<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
3 oz. Lobster pieces<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
275 ml Water<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
3 oz. Clams with juice<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
3 oz. Bacon, chopped<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
3 oz. Celery, chopped<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
2 oz. Green onion, chopped<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
1 oz. Butter<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
45 ml Flour<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
360 ml each 2% and 35% milk<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
11 oz. Potatoes, diced<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Dill, salt and pepper to taste<\/td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add seafood, along with water, simmer 20 mins. Remove cooked seafood and keep cooking liquid.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
In another pot, render bacon then add celery and onions, do not brown.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Add butter, let melt, then add flour. Add cooking liquid to pot, stir until thickened.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Add in dairy and bring to a simmer, then add diced potatoes. Cook 15 mins.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Stir in cooked seafood and dill, season to taste.<\/td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
