In the heart of Mississauga&#8217;s Sawmill Valley, the Glen combines nature, wellness and connections to create the ideal living space. With 20 floors of beautiful panoramic views and a range of living styles, the Glen has everything you could need.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mornings start with a beautiful sunrise facing the east side of the building. This is a quiet time of the day when the smell of coffee and tea lingers from the main lobby to the outdoor patios.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll see residents catching up with one another, reading the paper, and peacefully enjoying the quiet. In the summer heat, residents often take advantage of the cooler mornings to walk around the community and enjoy the nearby Sawmill Valley or Glen Erin trails.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the day goes on, residents can join a range of wellness classes and activities at their discretion. Working with residents, the wellness coordinators take recommendations guided by residents and create something for everyone. Daily activities can include group walks, strength training, art classes, guest speakers, and more.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of organized activities, you\u2019ll see residents throughout the day playing pool, building puzzles, and enjoying the many outdoor spaces. Whether you prefer a full schedule, a relaxing day with friends, or something in between, every day at Parkland is up to you!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another highlight of life at Parkland on the Glen is coming together over great food. Our talented culinary team prepares meals daily, creating fresh, flavourful dishes residents enjoy. The beautiful dining room is often filled with conversation and laughter as friends gather to share a meal and catch up on the day&#8217;s events.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the large dining space and private dining room, residents love to bring friends and family from outside the building to share a meal.
