Leading the culinary team is Executive Chef Bryan Ventura, whose passion for creating meaningful dining experiences helps bring residents together around the table.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bryan joined Parkland on the Glen as Sous Chef in October 2022, where he learned from experienced culinary leaders while building strong relationships with residents. After continuing his Parkland journey at nearby Parkland Ancaster in early 2025, he returned to Parkland on the Glen in the new year to take on the role of Executive Chef.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What initially attracted Bryan to Parkland was a common understanding that food is more than something we eat. It has the power to bring people together, evoke memories, and create meaningful experiences. Over the past several years, Bryan has developed a strong admiration for the residents he serves and the colleagues he works alongside. Our culinary team takes the time to get to know each resident by name and to understand their likes and dislikes, as well as special dietary restrictions and preferences. The team&#8217;s genuine care for people is reflected in the meals they create and the welcoming atmosphere they strive to foster.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Executive Chef, the most meaningful part of his role is knowing that food can positively impact someone&#8217;s day.
