Designed specifically for older adults, it offers a safe, social, and active environment using adaptive equipment like bikes, tricycles, and more, all while providing a chance to learn more about the vibrant lifestyle awaiting future residents of Parkland at the Common.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opening this Fall in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Parkland at the Common is a brand-new lifestyle residence rising above the iconic corner of Robie and Quinpool. This elegant 25-storey community combines the richness of Halifax\u2019s West End with an elevated living experience for older adults seeking the very best in urban living. From the heated indoor pool to valet parking, a full-service salon and spa, multiple chef-prepared dining venues, and more, this residence offers a seamless blend of beauty and function that delights at every turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among those eagerly counting down the months until move-in day is Susan Cameron and her husband, Keith, who will call Parkland home in <strong>November 2025<\/strong>. She takes part in a Forever Fit program for Seniors through the YMCA, and a Dance Therapy program for those with neurological conditions like Parkinson&#8217;s. \u201cThe sociability aspect of these activities is as important as the physical component (including the built-in refreshments and conversation time after the workouts!)
